1. All items are thoroughly inspected by OH!BOX before shipping to ensure their integrity. If any defects or issues arise during transportation, please notify us immediately upon receiving the goods.
2. Please note that once the product is opened, we are unable to process returns. We appreciate your understanding. (Unsealing includes removing the outer packaging film or opening the vacuum packaging bag). Returned items must be brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging (including the product, outer box, all accessories, and gifts).
3. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within the specified timeframe to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes.
4. If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. Provide your "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "name of the product to be returned," "reason for return," and include relevant photos. Once our customer service representative receives this information, they will assist you in the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. (Please confirm if the customer bears the return shipping cost).
5. Coupons that have been used will become invalid after completing the checkout process. Once a return request is approved, coupons cannot be retrieved. We appreciate your understanding.
6. For credit card payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card account. The actual processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank's policy. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm the actual refund date.
7. For cash on delivery payments: Please provide the correct bank account details for the refund process. It will take approximately 10 business days (excluding holidays) to process the refund to your account.
